Marinate chicken in wine, soy sauce mustard and tarragon for at least 4 hours. Add
melted butter to marinade prior to broiling. Lightly brown both sides of chicken
under broiler. Dip in remaining marinade and sprinkle thickly with sesame seeds.
Return to broiler until seeds start to brown. Repeat other side.
You might want to double the amounts of everything 'cause it's really good.
