For two (2) people:
| 4 | chicken breasts (deboned and without skin) |
| 4 | swiss cheese slices |
| 1 can | cream of chicken soup |
| 1/4 cup | white wine |
| 1/2 cube | butter |
| Lots | bread crumbs |
Place chicken breasts in baking dish and cover each piece with a slice of swiss cheese. In a bowl, combine soup and wine then pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle a generous amount of bread crumbs over chicken (I use alot), then melt the butter and pour evenly over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
