Unlimited Power
From rocky perch on mountain high
I step into the air.
With ease I spread my wings and fly
Where others never dare
There's not much light but I can see
As brightened by the sun
A whole new world revealed to me
A universe begun
No mortal rules can block my way
No need for me to cower
There's nothing I can't do today
With superhuman power
And now as universal laws
I understand quite clearly
I feel that in my own two paws
They are suggestions, merely
But though I've never gone so far
The clock I must appease
I have to smack that damned snooze bar
Just five more minutes, please.
